Study Pathways If you are interested in a career as a middle manager, we suggest the following courses to help you acquire the necessary skills and knowledge : Commence with Certificate IV in Small Business Management (BSB40407) Followed by Diploma of Management (BSB51107) Finishing with Advanced Diploma of Management (BSB60407) These courses offered consecutively by AIE will assist you in meeting your career aspirations as middle manager. AlE can issue you with all of the COEs required to undertake these courses as a program of study. This is a nationally recognized qualification under the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
